We ship to all countries with DHL  DHL (they take 4 business days) and The Postal Service (they take 3 to 4 weeks). You will see the available methods and promotions for your country at checkout. 

~ Free shipping for orders above 3.5 kg or 7.7 lb (depending on destination, see the chart at the bottom)

~ 5% discount when the products in your cart add ≥ $199 (until October 15th).

Before placing an order, please contact your local DHL office or postal service to check how long the customs process takes for your location and to find out the import taxes and/or any other clearance cost they could charge you. This is different from one country to another.

GENERAL

  • Our products have small parts and are not designed or intended for small (little) children.
  • Our email is store@peru-miski.com. If you need help with your order please write to us and we will be happy to handle it directly
  • Business days: Monday to Friday.
  • We will answer all your messages, please allow us 24 hours.
  • If you wish to purchase a large order and want a customize invoice, we can do that, just send as an email with the list of items you need and we will send you a quote.

SHIPPING

  • We will ship your order within 3 business days of cleared payment to your Paypal registered address. Please make sure this is updated.
  • DHL usually takes 3 to 5 days, the postal service takes 3 to 4 weeks. When the package gets to your country, it has to go through customs inspection before being delivered. The time this process takes varies so I would suggest you to Contact your local DHL or National Postal Service, in advance, for exact dates and any additional requirements like taxes.
  • The system will calculate the shipping fees at checkout, based on the final weight and/or volume of your order and your location. You can see the zone for your country and then, the corresponding fees in the chart below:

    PAYMENT

    • All prices are in USD.
    • We prefer Paypal.
    • If you wish to use a different payment method like Western Union or Money Gram, let us know and we will send you the information you will need.
    • Peru Miski SAC doesn't charge any taxes or adds hidden fees to your invoice. You will be charged import duties and/or sales taxes in your country but, this depends on your country's laws, you can find this out with your local authorities.
