We don't collect taxes, tariffs. Only shipping fees.
We will not refund the product value or shipping costs for any customs clearance issues caused by the recipient (e.g., abandoned shipments).

GENERAL TOS

• Our products contain small parts and are not suitable for small, litttle children
• For large orders or customized invoices, send us an email with your item list for a quote.
• Orders ship within 3 business days after payment.
• We deliver worldwide using The Postal Service - Economy (2 to 3 weeks) or Postal Service - EMS (10 days), both include tracking, insurance and are signature required. Customs processing times vary per country, check with your local Postal Service  for details.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and location. Refer to the chart below for your country's zone and fees.
• We can offer a discount on your order if you prefer to ship using your own DHL or FedEx account. Please get in touch so we can lower the pricing accordingly.

Shipments valued over $100 are currently affected by postal service suspensions due to new customs rules.
To ensure you receive your order quickly and reliably, we recommend using your own DHL or FedEx account. In this case, we can offer a reduction in cost. Kindly contact us for further details.

Prices are in USD. We use Paypal (You can use a debit or credit card without creating an account with them, if you prefer so). We also accept Western Union if sent in US dollars.

Our company does not add taxes or extra fees. Import duties or sales taxes if any, depend on your country's regulators and will be notified by them
