Shipping:

• Free shipping with Economy Postal Service for orders above 2 kg or 4.4 lb and with DHL if order is above 4 kg or 8.80 lb (depending on destination. You can see the fees here in the chart below)
• Changes for USA only: We have a weight limit of 4.40 lb for shipments to the USA through DHL: 
  They are adding new requirements for bigger shipments, that means higher shipping costs, and possible delivery delays. For further details, please see DHL-USA updates   Remember we always have the Postal Service for any weight.

   

DHL takes 3 to 5 business days and Economy Postal Service takes 3 to 4 weeks. When the package gets to your country, it has to go through customs inspection before being delivered. The time this takes varies. Contact your local DHL or National Postal Service in advance, for exact dates and any additional requirements like import taxes.   
You can speed things up by including your Tax ID# or company ID# with the information you give us for the shipment
